Terms of Service

1. Service

CopyPromptPasta is a beta web application that analyzes AI-generated images and videos and returns a best-match reconstructed prompt. Results are probabilistic and may be incomplete, approximate, or wrong.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any of the following:

  • *Uploading illegal content or content you do not have the right to process.
  • *Uploading child sexual abuse material or any exploitative content involving minors.
  • *Attempting to abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • *Circumventing account, billing, or rate limits through fake accounts or technical workarounds.
  • *Using the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

3. Billing

  • *Free beta access. Eligible users may receive a limited free extraction. Free access can be changed or removed at any time.
  • *Subscriptions. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation applies at the end of the active billing period unless required otherwise by law.
  • *Credit packs. Credit packs are one-time purchases for extraction usage. Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
  • *Refunds. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits or subscription access have been granted.

4. Ownership

You retain rights to the files you upload. We retain rights to the application, branding, and service implementation. Extracted prompts are provided to you without any warranty of exclusivity or originality.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect extraction quality, or fitness for a particular use case.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the beta changes. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
